WAVE QUEEN

The WAVE QUEEN departed London on the 14^th October, 1873 and arrived in Auckland on the 7^th February, 1874. Captain Sinclair was in command.

ARRIVAL OF THE WAVE QUEEN.

Early this morning a ship was signalled, and a few hours later the number of the Wave Queen, 853 tons, Captain Sinclair, which left London on October 14th, was made out. Owing to the head wind and ebb tide the vessel did not make the harbour till late this afternoon. Dr Philson, the Health Officer, left the wharf about two o'clock and boarded the vessel in Rangitoto channel. She has had a somewhat protracted passage of 115 days. The Wave Queen comes consigned to L. D. Nathan and Co., and brings the following passengers:
